Why should I use a topical solution instead of other methods?

There is no straightforward question to this answer. Funginix AF is extremely easy to use has no adverse side effects. Topical treatments (including Funginix) are generally best suited to treat mild to medium-high level of athletes foot infection. This is not to say that our product does not work on severe infections as well. Because of the wonderful blend of active ingredients and organic minerals, Funginix AF is the most powerful topical treatment available.

However, some of the more severe cases of athelete’s foot can only be treated with more aggressive methods such as prescription medications and/or oral treatments. It is wise however, to consult with a podiatrist or medical professional before starting such treatments due to potential side effects. These methods can be dangerous to people with a pre-existing medical condition or compromised immune system.

What if my feet perspire often and/or heavily?

It is a very good strategy to make every effort to keep infected skin and surrounding areas as dry and clean as possible. Wearing open-toed shoes without socks and using a towel often to keep infected areas dry are two solid strategies. It is also very important to keep a bottle of Funginix AF nearby so that you can re-apply the solution after drying your feet.

Can I apply Funginix AF more often than twice a day?

Yes. It is a particularly good strategy to use if you are one whose feet perspire heavily.  Applying gentle coats of Funginix AF throughout the day can keep the treatment active  and sometimes decrease treatment times. However, don’t over-apply Funginix if applying more than twice a day so that your supply of product will last as long as suggested.

Is it safe to use Funginix AF while pregnant or nursing?

Absolutely.  Funginix AF has been formulated to be 100% safe for mothers who are trying to become pregnant, currently pregnant or nursing. Children and nursing babies are also completely risk-free.

What is the best way to prevent recurrence?

Athlete’s Foot is an extremely difficult problem and infections can often recurr if treatment is not fully completed. Be certain to continue treating the infection with Funginix AF for at least a week after the infection is visibly gone. This should insure that even the deepest fungal agents are eliminated.  It is extremely important to keep the previously infected areas as dry and clean as possible to keep the environment from attracting new fungal agents. If you detect even the slightest signs of redness, scaling or rash, treat the area with Funginix AF immediately and monitor the progress carefully.

How are orders of Funginix AF shipped?

Standard domestic orders of Funginix AF are shipped via USPS while expedited domestic orders are shipped via Federal Express. Both methods of delivery will have a tracking number assigned to each order. International orders are shipped via USPS and cannot always be tracked throughout the delivery process. If your order requires special attention or directions for delivery, simply contact our customer service department via email prior to placing your order.

More than likely, a person taking prescription medications will be perfectly safe also treating an athlete’s foot infection with Funginix AF. However, we are not physicians and strongly suggest that anyone taking additional prescription medications consult with a medical professional prior to beginning treatment with Funginix AF.
